Darryl James Weisenbaugh, age 63, of Johnson City, Texas, passed away peacefully on May 8, 2013 at University Hospital in San Antonio surrounded by his loving wife and children after a courageous battle with liver disease. Darryl was born in Wayne, Michigan on May 1, 1950 to George and Marion Weisenbaugh.

Mrs. Calvin “Slim” Kuhlmann nee Elaine “Laney” Schuman of Fredericksburg passed away on Sunday January 27th at her home at the age of 65 years. Rebecca Louise Beckmann Howerton, 78, passed away unexpectedly on January 26, 2013 in San Antonio, TX. She was born May 12, 1934 in Blanco, TX to Richard E. Beckmann and Cora Lindig Beckmann. Rebecca is survived by her two daughters, Renee Howarton and husband Bill Wikrent, and Roxanne Parker; two grandsons, Evan Lynch and wife Stephanie and Richard Parker; and four great grandchildren, Christian, Caston, Gayson, and Liam Lynch.

Jack Dudley Felps was born November 28, 1939 to Wiley Alonzo Felps and Louella Barder in their home on Cottonwood Road, west of Blanco. Jack spent most of his childhood working in the fields, fishing and hunting on the banks of the Blanco River with his brothers and sister. He attended Blanco ISD for 12 years and graduated in 1958.

Hilda Matilda Neumann Hollingsworth Smith, 94, passed away January 14, 2013 in Johnson City. She was born in Cypress Mill, TX to Arthur Rheinhold Neumann and Olga Lydia Birck Neumann. Hilda is a descendant from the pioneering German immigrants who came to Texas in the mid 1800’s.
