LBJ FIGHTING BAND members Nathan Preece, Samantha Preece, Krista Kannon, Cory Hudson, Alyssa Rush, Jose Mesa, Desar Mesa, Andrew Stark, Noel Porter, Mike Banfield, Laura Meuerer, Elizabeth Nunn, Lawson Shumake, Katelyn Barrientes, Riley North, Brandon Adams, Betsy Cruz, Dayton Danz, Lydia Yachimski, Tome Johnson, Daniel Hawkins, Sawyer Marks and Jared Spears participated in the UIL Solo and Ensemble competition at Hays High School in Buda, TX. on Saturday, February 6, 2010.

The Percussion Ensemble, Jared Spears, Sawyer Marks, Daniel Hawkins, Tome Johnson and Lydia Yachimski, received a #1 rating for their musical performance.

The Soloist, Dayton Danz, Trumpet; Betsy Cruz, Clarinet; Cesar Mesa, Tuba and Brandon Adams, Tenor Sax each received a #1 rating for their musical performances.

All Band members that participated in this event represented LBJ High School exceptionally well and should be congratulated. YEAH BAND!
