John Tyler Winans, a 2007 graduate of Johnson City High School, qualified for the National College Rodeo Finals in Team Roping as a heeler, that are being held this week in Casper, Wyoming. He is also the only student at Southwest Texas State Jr. College from the Rodeo Team that qualified for finals. Congratulations and Good Luck, Tyler!! San Antonio Livestock Exposition also awarded Tyler another 2 year scholarship to continue his team roping. He will be obtaining degrees in Business & Wildlife
