'''JCISD Administration honors outgoing Board members''' Two long-time JCISD School Board members were honored with a reception on Monday night prior to the monthly Board Meeting. Karen Freer and Todd Swift are each closing out twelve-year terms of service to the staff and students in Johnson City and did not seek re-election.
