Look Up and Look Out!
I may have covered this subject before so if I have forgive me for digressing. My daddy always told me to step lightly and watch where I walk. You see, we have always lived in rather snaky country. First in Southeast Texas where there are not only rattlesnakes but legions of water moccasins, coral snakes and every kind of snake imaginable, and then we moved here where rattlesnakes abound.

Opinion & Letters

Dear Editor, I would like to express my disgust at the current state of the Johnson City Masonic Cemetery. I recently traveled back home for the funeral of my great uncle. Upon entering the cemetery for the graveside portion of his service, I was awe-struck by what I saw. The grass in the cemetery was upwards of a foot tall in most areas, the road and other features of the cemetery were in utter disrepair and there was trash on the ground.
