Our Monday is starting off with a movie, “The Bucket List”. We then follow with a lunch and BINGO.

I got to go to Red Hatter’s and Garden Club last week. I really enjoy these activities.

My daughter Carolyn Clark came to see me. It was a great visit.

We are still needing rain. It has been so dry that it worries me about the fires that can start so easily. We have wonderful volunteers for the fire department, but rain would make their life a little easier also.

We will not be having our Third Friday Luncheon this week, but we are having a Thanksgiving Luncheon sponsored by the First Christian Church on November 23rd, 2008. What a wonderful and gracious gift to us. We are so excited for this luncheon. Isn’t this what life is all about?

Food for thought: It all comes back to helping people even with all our new technology.
