This past Friday night the Eagles played their last home game with a loss. The score was San Antonio Randolph 49 Eagles 20.

In the first quarter The Eagles were able to score on a 1-yard touchdown run by Senior Wade Pistole, who also kicked the extra point. The next score came in the 3rd quarter when Junior Cody Atwood had a nice 58-yard run for a touchdown, kick was good by Pistole. The Eagles last score came in the 4th quarter when Cody Atwood had a 65-yard touchdown run, kick failed.

Quarterback Sophomore Cody Smith was 7 completions in 18 attempts with 3 intercepts. Cody Atwood caught 3 passes for 42 yards; Sophomore Kris McDonald was 3 for 21 yards, Freshman Dustin Harvey 1 catch for 9 yards. Wade Pistole rushed the ball 12 times 29 yards, Cody Atwood 10 times for 151 yards, Sophomore Trenton Rodriguez 3 times for 2 yards, quarterback Cody Smith 2 times for 10 yards.

The Eagles had 12 first downs, 6 penalties for 60 yards, and punted 4 times for a 32-yard average. Senior Blake Simpson also blocked a punt in the first quarter.

The Eagles travel to Comfort Friday night for the last game of the season. Come out and support the Eagles as they take on the Bobcats.
