Chrissy Hejny graduated from the Baylor School of Education with a Master of Science in Education on Saturday 16 August. Chrissy graduated with a 4.0 grade point average and was accepted into the prestigious Kappa Delta Pi and Phi Delta Kappa honor societies in the field of education.

Chrissy is a graduate of the Class of 2000 of LBJ-Johnson City High School and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Edward’s University in 2004. Chrissy will continue teaching high school history and English language arts at New Horizons Charter School in Goldthwaite for another year before beginning work on a Ph.D. in Political Science.

Her husband Barton, also a 2000 LBJ and 2004 St. Edward’s alumnus, just began his second year at Baylor Law School.
