Elementary announces New Student Registration and Back To School Info

LBJ ELEMENTARY CAMPUS: 2008-2009

Our new year will begin with new student registration on Monday and Tuesday, August 4th and 5th. All students new to the district and any Kindergarten students not registered will do so on these two days. Documents needed for registration are: Birth certificate, shot record, and social security card.

Class lists will be posted at 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 21. We will also have our Back to School/Open House on this date from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Students can bring their school supplies to leave in their classrooms and meet their teacher. Lunches can also be paid for.

We are excited about the new staff members who are joining us. Kathi Jones will be teaching Music and assisting with Band; Joanna Turbow, Fourth Grade; and Laura Jenschke has moved to a Kindergarten position. Tonya Meier will be teaching Reading in our Title I program.
