The LBJ Eagle varsity boys basketball team suffered a close, tough loss to the Harper Longhorns this past Tuesday, January 10 at LBJ gym. The Eagles controlled the first half taking a 27-18 lead at halftime. However, LBJ suffered a scoring slump throughout much of the second half while Harper caught fire from 3 point range and came away with a 46-40 victory. The Eagles will travel to San Antonio to take on Lutheran High School on Friday, Jan 20. Game times for the Lutheran contest are 5:30 for the JV game and 7:00 for the varsity game.
