The Round Mountain Extension Education Association Club gathered at the pavilion of Walnut Methodist Church on Friday, Aug. 13, for their Ice Cream Social Night.

Twenty members, family and friends enjoyed the many flavors of ice cream and the goodies that go so well with it. Visiting and catching up on what we did this summer was also enjoyed. No business meeting was held.

Three members will attend the State Conference in September in Wichita Falls.

The Round Mountain Club meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 2:00 pm. Our next meeting will be held on Sept. 15, location to be announced. For more information, call Barbara Wilson at 868-4881.

The Blanco County Extension Program is sponsored by the Texas Agrilife Extension Service. Questions about EEA and other extension programs can be directed to Gretchen Sanders, County Extension Agent-Family and Consumer Sciences at 868-1767.
