The Johnson City community is rallying to help one of its own — 37 year-old Shannon Beal, who was diagnosed with inoperable, stage four, pancreatic cancer. Shannon and her family, husband Bobby and their children Trevor and Brooke, are in need of our help to offset mounting medical bills.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, July 24 for the Shannon Beal Benefit at the Blanco County Fair Grounds in Johnson City. Poker Run sign ups at 11 a.m. Washer Pitching sign ups at 1 p.m. Live music and silent auction begin at 4 p.m. Last band starts at 9 p.m. Food served by donation. For more information, or to volunteer and provide support, please contact Brandy Bickly at 830-868-9167.
