Things are still happening here on the porch. We sit and visit on the porch and have a great time just being together. While we visit, we have turkeys and deer just walking around and grazing. This is a beautiful sight. It is like we live out in the country but we live right here in town.

I really have to watch my diet since I have returned from the hospital. I even got a juice extractor to make my own juices. It is quite the tool to have around.

My son, Robert Bible, is getting married this weekend. And I have a new grand daughter. She weighed in at 7 lbs. and 4 oz. Plus, I had a son and daughter with a birthday this week.

Last week I got to see a friend that I hadn’t seen in years. The years sure do move along quickly.

We had a FREE hearing test done at our community room on Wednesday. And then, of course, having the Food Pantry at the Annex is always a great help to many. Do not forget, CAFB, (Capital Area Food Bank) will be back on May 19th, 2008 at 304 S. Ave. F., Johnson City, Texas between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. This is a service for all of us.

Tenants do not forget about our lawn service coming this Thursday. This, we truly appreciate. We got a little rain today, combine that with our lawn service and we have beautiful yards.
