Well, how was that for a beautiful Easter. I have seen some beautiful Easters, but it seems that this was the best ever. We had awesome weather. It was overcast, but we enjoyed that also.

This begins a week of busy, busy, and busy. I hope that no one forgot the Food Pantry at the Annex. You have two exceptional people who work hard in volunteering their time to help our community. I have no idea how they get all the work done that they do, but it is definitely appreciated by many. Thank you.

I got to see my great-grandson over the weekend. How cute!

On Friday, April 9th, 2010 from 9:00 to 10:30 the Authority is having an appreciation come and go breakfast. This is sponsored by JCHA and Texas Home Health. We have had many changes at the Authority and I have to say that the changes have all been positive. We, tenants, say thank you for remembering us and making us a part of the big scheme of things. We live at a great place and we truly appreciate it.

Next week we have BINGO sponsored by Girling on April 12th, 2010 @ 1:00 pm.. Now, anyone can come to this and join in on getting together. Karen Barksdale calls BINGO for us and sees to it that we have prizes. Then we will have Game Day with Texas Healthcare Solutions and Barbara Gourley will head this up for us on April 13th, 2010 @ 1:00 pm. Again, anyone can join us and we appreciate that people in town come out to spend some time with us.
