Kindergarten Round-Up

It’s time to enroll your child in Kindergarten.

The enrollment requirements are : The child must be 5 years of age by September 1, 2010. Parents/Guardians must provide proof of "physical" residency, not a P.O. Box. (Examples: PEC Bill, Lease Agreement, etc…) Parents/Guardian must provide Social Security card for their child. Parents/Guardian must provide (state certified) Birth Certificate. (No hospital copies or photo copies will be accepted) Parents/Guardian must provide an updated shot record for their child. Other required documents will be provided by LBJ Elementary to be completed/returned before your child is enrolled.
