Charlie Ewing, President of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church Men’s Club is announcing they will be offering "The Deacon Jack Murrell Scholarship Fund" for the first time this year to a Johnson City High School graduating senior.

There will be two $500.00 scholarships given from the proceeds of the Men’s Club "First Annual Jack Murrell Golf Tournament" held last September at the Valler Creek Golf Club.

Application deadline for the scholarship will be April 15th, 2009. Information and applications for the scholarship will be available at the High School Counselors Office available March 15, 2010.
