*****On Tuesday when Johnson City had the blizzard of 2010, Janice Nebgen says she loved the imagination of kids. There is a young man who lives on her road, instead of a snowman he built a large mound of snow that was close to five feet tall. He climbed on top and then slid down. Everyone else was building snowmen.
*****Happy 41st wedding anniversary to Vernon and Gretchen Birck, which was on Sunday, February 28th
*****On Saturday, February 20, family and friends gathered at the home of Joe and Louise Paterson for grandson Bradley’s 1st Birthday. There were some very special guests among us. The two pediatric flight EMTs from Dell children’s hospital in Austin came to meet him again. If you remember he was flown by helicopter from Fredericksburg hospital in the middle of the night and stopped breathing in flight last March. It was so nice to be able to thank them personally for saving his life. They hope they will be able to watch him grow every year and become special in his life.
*****There were snowmen & snowball fights all over town during Tuesday’s snowstorm. Kevin and Laura Farmer were spotted playing in the snow having snowball fights for over an hour this morning. Everyone was having so much fun!

*****Who has an Anniversary this week?
*****Tip for the week: To keep lint and dust off glass top tables, wash them in a solution of warm water and fabric softener. Add one tablespoon of liquid fabric softener to one quart of warm water. The fabric softener will clean the glass inexpensively and will help keep lint from gathering on the glass. Also great for computer screens and TV’s.
*****I’ll see you again when there’s more news! Speaking of news, if you have some, email it to imasnoop01@gmail.com.
