Curtis Sudduth, 43, a loving husband, father, son, brother, son-in-law, and grandson went home to be with his Lord on Monday, December 7, 2009. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Firday, December 11, at the First Baptist Church of Azle, Texas. Interment at Aurora Cemetery in Aurora, Texas.
Curtis was born October 28, 1966 at the Naval Air Station, Key West, Florida. He attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville where he met the love of his life and soulmate, Angie Stokes. Curtis and Angie were married May 21, 1988.
Survivors include: wife, Angie; children, Emilio, Micah and Rebekah of Weatherford, TX; parents, Ruth and Marvin Sudduth; brother, Erik Maxey; sisters, Texanna, Landin and Mary Taylor; biological father, Charley Maxey; grandmother Amelia Wittera all of Georgetown, TX; father and mother in law, Bill and Pat Stokes; brother in law, William Stokes; sister in law and husband, Elizabeth and Edwin Sooter; and nephew Chris Stokes, all of Johnson City, TX, as well as numerous other family and friends.
