The first anniversary of the Library is still in full swing. If you haven’t had a chance to drop by, the celebration will be going on until Sat. the 14th.

The book sale, the first fund raiser to benefit the Friends of the Library is going very well, we have sold lots of books, but we still have a great supply. There is still time to shop and stock up on good books for a bargain price.

We have had a good response to the Friends of the Library. Please stop by and pick up a brochure and consider joining, your donation will be used to retire the debt on the Library. You will receive the monthly newsletters from the Library, and be the first to know about future fund raisers and special events. As a bonus you will receive a decal for your car showing you are a Friends member.

If you love to read, you know that books are and can be your friends, so stop by the Library, buy some books, make the Library your friend for life!!
