*****James Ross Leonard had an early surprise 80th birthday party on Monday, September 7. He was joined by family & friends from all over Texas. His grandson, Chuck Schuetz and wife, Anna Schuetz, came all the way from New York. What a treat!!
*****Mari and Steven Earney were in Johnson City over the Labor Day weekend visiting Dad & Granddad Mike Earney. On Sunday they traveled to Comfort to visit Michael, Dana & Noah Earney for the holiday.
*****Congratulations to grandparents Bobby & Delores Fenton and new aunt Sonya & uncle Michael Preston. They have a brand new member of their family - Tripp Mason Martin, son of Becky & Bill Martin of Boerne.
*****Keagan Solomon, son of Missy Solomon, celebrated his birthday at the city park Saturday with family and friends.
*****Welcome back to Tommy & Mary Ann Thurlkill! They have been summering in Mexico, but there’s no place like Texas. Oh, darn! They missed our 69 days of 100 plus temperatures!
*****Irma Nell Simpson spent a few days this past week at her ranch in San Saba. Several members of her family – kids, grandkids & great grandkids – joined her.
