Elmer Lee Terry, 85, passed away June 9, 2009 in Fort Worth, TX. Mr. Terry was born in Huckaby, TX to James Mark Terry and Dessie Le Bailey Terry. Elmer proudly served his country with the U.S. Navy and was an active member of the Masonic Lodge in Johnson City, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen Gene Terry; their infant son; two brothers, M.D. “DinK” Terry and Freddie Terry; five sisters, Ruth Garner, Lucille Dickey, Mabel Rogers, Mavis Dickey, and Jewell Hartsfield. Mr. Terry is survived by his two daughters, Audrey Keck and husband Steve of Stephenville, TX and Kaye Caddell and husband George of Fort Worth, TX; sister, Lois Hooks of Stephenville; three grandsons, Ryan and Ethan Keck and Creighton Caddell; great grandson, Aston Keck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 1:00 PM Friday, June 12, 2009 at Crofts Funeral Home, 305 E. Elm St., Johnson City with Rev. Rusty Hicks officiating.
