To The Editor of Paper

In Febuary I received a bill for 14,680 gallons of water. I have lived in this house for ten years and I have never used that much water and I didn’t put in a swimming pool. I know this was a mistake. When I called about this mistake, I was told they couldn’t adjust the amount because the Mayor said NO. I’m writing this letter to warn everyone to watch their billings because they DO NOT Correct their mistakes. I feel that I should be credited $50.00. Living alone and on a fixed income, that means a lot to me.
