Edna Felps, 76, of Bergheim Tx. passed away Wednesday January 14, 2009. She was born September 19, 1932 in Schumansville, Tx.

She was a devoted lifetime member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boerne, TX.. She will be remembered as a dedicated member of the Geneological Society of Kendall County as well as a member of Hermann Sons and the Boerne Area Historical Preservation Society.

She was preceded in death by her husband of forty-seven years, Guy A. Felps. She is survived by son Darryl Felps and wife Rita of Bergheim, TX. and two grandsons Kevin and Jason Felps also of Bergheim, TX., nephew Donald Diertert and wife Linda of Oregon also by brother-in-law Bill Felps and wife Nancy of Bergheim, TX. and niece Kathy Nobles and her two children of Bergheim, TX.

Services were held Saturday January 17, 2009 at 10:30 am at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Boerne, Tx. with visitation Friday January 16, 2009 from 5-7 pm at Ebensberger-Fisher Funeral Home in Boerne, TX. Burial followed at Miller Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kevin Felps, Jason Felps, Tyler Nobles, Ryan Nobles, Randy Henarie, and Bill Felps.
