Lady Eagles On A Roll

The Eagles struggled taking care of the ball, but through great defense and a better transition game, they pulled off the 22 point win against OLH last Friday with a score of 40-18. Brooke Wood was the Player of the Game with 10 Points, 9 steals and 3 rebounds. Other notables include Whitney Wood with 8 points and 12 rebouunds, Kiley Wood with 6 points and 5 rebounds and Audrey Capra with 6 points. The Lady Eagles outscored OHL in all four quarters, making the second time they have done that this season. Lady Eagles basketball team also won against Heritage Christian on Tuesday. Brooke Wood had 11 points and 3 assists, Whitney Wood had 10 points and 23 total rebounds. The Lady Eagles avenged their first loss of the season to Heritage with a final score of 37-33. This win gave the Lady Eagles a 3 game winning streak, a feat that has not been accomplished since the 2010-2011 season. The Lady Eagles next home game will be Monday, December 17th, the JV will play at 5pm and the Varsity game will follow.
