Eagles Fall To San Saba

The LBJ Eagle boys basketball team played San Saba on Friday, January 4 in their last non district game of the season. The game was close throughout with the Armadillos holding a slight 21-19 lead at halftime.

San Saba held onto that lead going into the 4th period at 36-32 and came away with a 51-43 win.

Chase Klaerner was high scorer for the Eagles with 18 points followed by Jade Cones with 14 points. Klaerner led in rebounding with 11.

This week the Eagles will begin their district play with a home game against Lago Vista on Friday, January 11. The game will start at approximately 7:30. Please come out and support your LBJ Eagle basketball team.
