So you think there is no fire danger, after all we have had rain and the burn band has been lifted? We need to think again because that is not true there is fire danger all the time. It may not be as bad as a red flag day and not as bad as having no rain at all. But what about the fires that are being set on purpose to get rid of big piles of tree debris or just household trash.

For the third year in a row, the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce is turning over the voting of their awards, to you, the people. Our thoughts are who better to make the decision, than the community as a whole! Your choice should be made taking into consideration those that have exceeded your expectations and exemplify the “best of the best” in service, volunteerism or both depending upon the award.
