Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Johnson City will meet in Regular Session at City Hall, 303 East Pecan Drive, Johnson City, Texas, at 6:00 pm., the 7th of February 2012 to consider the following:
POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS:
1. Opening the Meeting
2.Petitions from the public
3.Public hearing regarding zoning change from R residential to C Commercial at 521 N Highway 281 (Stripes Convenience Store)
4.Grant report regarding new grants - Gandolf Burrus, Grant Development Services
5.Discussion and possible action on recommendations and proposal from the Johnson City Recycle Committee
6. Review and possibly take action on a contract with CTRA for handling recycling commodities
7.Planning and Zoning Commission report and recommendations
8. Consider and possibly take action on a zoning change from R residential to C Commercial at 521 N Highway 281 (Stripes Convenience Store)
9. Discussion and possible action on an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance changing postage delivery on notifications to property owners
